By engaging with Pamela D. Scott Coaching & Consulting's Goal Success Coaching , AI Content Consulting, or Certified Content Writing services, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1.  Agreement to Terms: By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Service Agreement: Prior to starting a coaching program, consulting engagement, or writing project, you will be required to sign a service agreement outlining the scope of  services, payment terms, and other relevant details.

3. Confidentiality: All information shared during coaching sessions, consulting engagements, or writing projects is strictly confidential, except in cases where disclosure is required by law or when there is an imminent threat of harm to self or others.

4. Intellectual Property: All materials provided during coaching programs or created as part of AI consulting/content writing projects are the intellectual property of Pamela D. Scott Coaching & Consulting, and may not be reproduced or shared without our explicit permission. For content writing projects, the final deliverables will be owned by the client upon full payment, subject to the terms of the service agreement. Pamela D. Scott Coaching & Consulting may elect to showcase completed writing project in their online portfolio.

5. Online Platform and Mobile App Access: As a client, you may be provided with access to our online platform and/or mobile app to support your coaching journey or to facilitate collaboration on AI consulting/content writing projects. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for any activity that occurs under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to your account.

6. Delivery of Services: Our AI content consulting and certified content creation services involve the delivery of project materials through various digital formats. Depending on the nature of the project, we may deliver content and other related materials via Google Drive, Microsoft Word, or email. By using our services, you agree to accept delivery in these formats, and you are responsible for maintaining access to these services to receive our deliverables effectively.

7. Zoom Sessions: Coaching sessions or consultations may be conducted via Zoom, a third-party video conferencing platform. By participating in these sessions, you agree to Zoom's terms of service and privacy policy. Pamela D. Scott Coaching & Consulting is not responsible for any technical issues, disruptions, or breaches of privacy that may occur on the Zoom platform.

8. Liability: While we strive to help our clients achieve their goals and deliver high-quality AI consulting and content writing services, we cannot guarantee specific results. You are responsible for the implementation and use of any advice, strategies, or content provided by Pamela D. Scott Coaching & Consulting, and we are not liable for any consequences arising from the use of our services.

9. Termination: We may terminate or suspend your access to our services and platform at any time, without prior notice or liability, for any reason.

10. Governing Law: These terms are governed by the laws of the state of Texas without regard to its conflict of law principles.
